Throughout your life, you may navigate challenges and overcome adversities, which may lead you to over-develop certain traits and/or impact your identity, perceptions and beliefs.
These beliefs of self and ways of thinking has helped you to adapt, stay safe and overcome these challenging times.
However, sometimes these adaptations and beliefs become stuck in one’s system and create patterns and ways of coping that now may be hindering your ability to move forward and cope effectively.
My hope is that I can support you as a client to challenge these beliefs and help you develop and explore patterns of thoughts and behaviours to regain balance and become unstuck.
